摘要
通过实验研究了以稻草为主要原料的自然纤维复合缓冲材料制作过程中 ,自然纤维表面处理对复合材料性能的影响。研究结果表明 :将稻草纤维在温度为 4 0~ 5 0℃ ,浓度为 4 %~ 6 %的NaOH溶液中进行表面处理 。
The effect of surface treatment of natural fiber on the mechanical properties of composite material were discussed through the study of the manufacturing process of cushion composite material made from natural fiber such as straw fiber. It was proved that optimal mechanical properties of the fiber of the composite were achieved through treatment in 4%~6% NaOH solution at 40~50℃.
