摘要 运用红外光谱 (IR)和差热分析 (DTA)等手段研究了自制的双酚A二氰酸酯 (BCE)树脂提纯前后的固化反应特性 ,并探讨了金属催化剂的催化作用。结果表明 ,提纯将降低BCE树脂中双酚A等杂质的含量 ,提高固化反应温度 ,提高树脂的耐热性 ;环烷酸钴对BCE树脂的固化有明显的催化作用 ,加入后固化反应放热峰起始温度Ti由 2 0 7 2℃降低到 167 8℃ 。 The characteristics of the curing reaction of self synthesized dicyanate of bisphenol A (BCE) resin before and after purification were studied by means of IR, DTA and gel time test, and the catalysis effect of metal catalyst was also studied. The results showed that the purified BCE resin had lower content of impurity such as unreacted bisphenol A, and thus resulted in higher curing reaction temperature and better heat resistance of the cured resin. The addition of a little amount of the catalyst cobalt naphthalate (500 p× -6) could obviously accelerate the curing reaction of the resin, making the curing temperature T i decreased from 207.2℃ to 167.8℃, and the gelling time was shortened greatly.
