摘要
利用铸型尼龙 (MC尼龙 )静态浇铸的原理 ,通过阴离子聚合制得了玻纤、粉煤灰增强MC尼龙。研究了不同玻纤和粉煤灰质量分数对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明 ,用这种方法制得的玻纤、粉煤灰增强MC尼龙的机械性能较普通MC尼龙有较大幅度提高 ,纤维在基体中的分散性好 ,与基体的粘接性也相当好 ;加入 3 0 %玻璃纤维和10 %粉煤灰可使复合材料的拉伸强度提高 13 8%、弯曲强度提高 3 2 8%、弯曲弹性模量提高 110 %、无缺口冲击韧性提高 44 2 %、而硬度提高 49 6%。
MC nylon reinforced by glass fiber and flyash was prepared based on the principle of static casting of MC nylon. The effect of the mass fraction of glass fiber and flyash on the property of the composite was studied. It was shown that the mechanical properties of the prepared composite were much better than those of common MC nylon, the glass fiber dispersed well in the matrix, and the adhesion between glass fiber,flyash and the matrix was good. When 30 % of glass fiber and 10 wt% of flyash were added into MC nylon composite, the tensile strength, bending strength, bending modulus, impact strength and hardness of the composite were respectively increased by 13.8%, 32.8%, 110%, 442% and 49.6%.
