摘要
用禽(番鸭)呼肠孤病毒YB分离株,人工感染1日龄雏番鸭及鸭胚,扑杀典型症状的病雏鸭.采取病变的器官组织,进行透射电镜超微结构的观察和研究.结果显示:全身多种器官组织中的单核—巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞和成纤维细胞都受到番鸭呼肠孤病毒不同程度的破坏,其中以脾脏细胞受破坏最为严重,这些细胞除了急性死亡以外,均可在病毒诱导下发生细胞凋亡,表现为:细胞皱缩→染色体浓缩、边聚、外排→形成凋亡小体、自噬小体→被周围吞噬细胞包裹、吞噬、消化降解→终末溶酶体形成.
Pathogenic avian (muscovy duck) virus YB strain isolated from natural cases and identified as a new pathogen was inoculated into one-day-old muscovy ducks and embryos. Symptoms and lesions in the artificially infected muscovy ducks and embryos were observed under the transmission electron microscope, when it was revealed that the reovirus had more or less destroyed the mononuclear macrophages, lymphocytes and fibroblasts located in various organs, the degree of damage being most severe in spleen cells. Apart from acute cellular death, there are occurred reovirus-induced apoptosis, which showed the following sequence of events: shrinkage of cells - chromosomal condensation, karyothrca margination and exudation -formation of apoptosomes and autophagous bodies - engulfment, phagocytosis and degradation by surrounding phagocytes - formation of terminal lysosome.
