摘要 首先对不锈钢材料的切削性能和不锈钢材料的攻丝特点进行分析,介绍了振动攻丝的基本原理,利用自行设计的振动攻丝机进行振动攻丝与传统机械攻丝和手动攻丝的对比实验分析,结果表明振动攻丝具有降低攻丝扭矩、提高牙形精度和螺距精度的效果.最后通过对振动攻丝的攻丝现象进行分析,利用振动攻丝弹塑性再切削和丝锥刚性化效果解释高强度材料攻丝过程的本质是降低攻丝扭矩,提高攻丝质量. The character of stainless steel tapping and the cutting ability of stainless steel were analyzed. The basic principle of vibration tapping was introduced. By using vibration tapping machine that redesigned by ourselves the contrast analyst of vibration tapping and mechanical and artificial tapping was carried out. It was proved that vibration tapping could decrease tapping torque and promote tooth and pitch precision of screw. The essence that vibration tapping decreases tapping torque and promotes tapping quality is elasticity-plasticity again cutting and tap rigidization by analyzing the process of vibration tapping detail.
