摘要
采用超声波分散法制备了性能良好的纳米SiO2/UF树脂,探讨了纳米SiO2用量、超声分散时间等因素对脲醛树脂(UF)游离甲醛含量、胶合强度的影响.性能测试表明:超声波分散是降低纳米粒子团聚的简单而有效的方法;随着纳米SiO2加入量的增加,经超声波分散后,纳米SiO2/UF树脂游离甲醛含量降低;经合适时间的超声波分散后,其压制的胶合板胶合强度显著提高.
Based on the influence of inorganic rigid particles(nano-SiO_2) on the properties of urea formaldehyde(UF) resin, nano-SiO_2/UF composites have been made by ultrasonic vibration. The effects of different contents of nano-SiO_2, ultrasonic time on the properties of nano-SiO_2/UF composites such as free formaldehyde content and bonding strength were discussed. The results indicated that ultrasonic was a simple and effective method to prevent nano-SiO_2 from reuniting, and the free formaldehyde content of nano-SiO_2/UF composites decreased; the bonding strength of plywood pressed by it greatly increased with the nanometer silicon dioxide added during properly ultrasonic period.
