金属板材拉延快速模具的等离子喷涂制造工艺 被引量:1

Rapid tooling of molds using plasma spray for sheet metal drawing

摘要 为获得表面硬度更高、使用寿命更长的金属板材拉延快速模具,对等离子喷涂快速制模工艺进行了实验研究。阐述了工艺原理,分析了成形的关键,完成了复杂曲面零件的不锈钢快速拉延模具的试制,并对模具进行了表面处理及检测分析。该种制模工艺的关键是要喷涂成形一个具有足够厚度的高质量的模具表层。检测结果表明:所得模具不锈钢表层成形质量良好,厚度达到5mm,HRC平均硬度为34.4,抛光后表面粗糙度达到0.2μm;表面激光熔凝进一步改善了表面质量,提高了耐磨性。 A plasma spray mold manufacturing process was investigated expermentally to develop rapid tooling for sheet metal drawing with higher surface hardness and longer service life. The process is described with an analysis of its mechanism and critical factors. A stainless steel rapid drawing mold of a part with a complex curved surface was then successfully made. The key step in the process is the spraying which makes a thick, high-quality mold surface layer. The results show that the quality of the stainless steel surface layer in the mold is very good, with a thickness of 5 mm, an average hardness of HRC 34.4, and a surface roughness of 0.2 μm after polishing. Laser remelting can also further improve surface quality and wear-resistance.
