摘要
针对膛线炮身管提出了一种基于环形光切的图像检测方法。该方法利用环形激光束照射到深孔内膛表面上形成的环形光斑图像进行检测。通过对环形光斑亮度极值线的亚像素提取、缺陷点剔除、数据分离、参数回归和系统标定,实现了截面形廓和尺寸的检测;通过多个截面形廓数据,实现了深孔内膛形貌的检测。在对直径为130mm的膛线炮身管的检测中,该方法的单点轮廓测量精度达到了0.1mm,满足了身管质量控制和使用维护所需要的测量精度要求。
An image detection method based on the ring light section method was developed to measure deep holes with complex surfaces, especially rifled gun barrels. This method employs the ring light spot image formed by a ring laser projected onto the inner surface. The system identifies intensity extremes, corrects for centering errors, and uses parametric regression to measure the profile lines and their dimensional parameters on the inner surface. Multiple profile lines are used to reconstruct the entire inner surface of the deep hole in three dimensions. The technique has a precision of 0.1 mm with a 130-mm-diameter pipe, which satisfies the quality control requirements of artillery barrels.
