摘要
iSCSI协议作为存储系统的一种解决方案在远程教学中得到日渐广泛的应用。为了优化iSCSI协议的表现、提高远程教学质量,通过一个开放源码的iSCSI协议的软件实现,对可能影响iSCSI协议表现的因素进行了测试分析。测试主要从iSCSI系统(启动端、目标端)硬件选择、iSCSI系统参数设置两个方面展开。测试结果表明:提高I/O操作的效率,注意数据可用性、完整性和速度的平衡,以及优化硬件条件是优化iSCSI协议表现的关键。
The iSCSI protocol, which is a storage system solution, has been widely used in distant learning. The performance of the iSCSI protocol was optimized to improve education quality through an analysis of the parameters that affect the performance in an open source software implementation of the iSCSI protocol. The performance analysis evaluated the hardware in the iSCSI system including the initiator and target and the iSCSI system parameters configuration. The results show that improved I/O efficiency, better balance between data consistency, availability and speed, and hardware optimization are three keys to improving iSCSI protocol performance.
