摘要
目的 探讨在原发性肝细胞癌中PCNA、P5 3蛋白的表达及相互关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测 37例原发性肝细胞癌及 19例非肝癌肝组织中P5 3蛋白与PCNA的表达。结果 37例原发性肝细胞癌PCNA及P5 3蛋白的表达率为 86 .4 9%和 6 4 .86 % ,19例非肝癌肝组织PCNA及P5 3蛋白的表达率为5 2 .6 3%和 36 .84 % ,两者有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在原发性肝细胞癌中 ,PCNA的表达与原发性肝细胞癌远处转移正相关 ,P5 3蛋白的表达与原发性肝细胞癌远处转移、肝内转移以及肿瘤的Edmondson分级相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而且PCNA表达与P5 3蛋白的表达相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 检测原发性肝细胞癌的PCNA及P5 3蛋白的表达 ,可以为临床上认识原发性肝细胞癌的生物学特性 ,选择合理的化疗用药及估计预后提供依据。
Objective To evaluate the expression of P53 protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in hepatocellular carcinomaan(HCC) and to explore the relationship between the expression of PCNA and P53 protein .Methods Thirty seven histologically verified HCC and 19 non-malignant tumor’s liver tissue specimens were examined for PCNA and P53 protein by immunohistochemical methods.Results The positive rate of PCNA and P53 protein expression were 86.49% and 64.86% in HCC tissues, it’s higher than PCNA and P53 protein expression in non- malignant tumor’s liver tissues(P<0.05). The expression of PCNA was related to distant metastasis. The expression of P53 protein was related to histological grade, local metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.05). There was positive correlation between P53 protein and PCNA expression in HCC.Conclusion The expression of PCNA and P53 protein in HCC played an important role in metastasis of HCC and predictor of biological behavior and prognosis.
