摘要 目的 探讨CyclinD1蛋白表达在肝细胞癌发生、发展中的作用。方法 免疫组化S -P法检测 4 0例肝细胞癌 (HCC)、15例肝硬化组织和 5例正常肝组织石蜡标本CyclinD1蛋白表达。结果 CyclinD1蛋白在HCC、肝硬化、正常肝组织表达阳性率分别为 5 7.5 % (2 3/ 4 0 )、4 6 .6 7% (7/ 4 0 )、4 0 % (2 / 5 ) ,CyclinD1蛋白在HCC中表达与肝硬化和正常肝组织中表达比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,CyclinD1表达仅与HCC的组织学分级有统计学差异。结论 CyclinD1与HCC的发生、发展有一定联系 ,在判断患者病情预后方面有较重要的价值。 Objective To study the expression and significance of Cyclin D 1 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Cyclin D 1 protein was detected by S-P immunohistochemical method in 40 cases of carcinoma, 15 cases of hepatic cirrhosis and 5 cases of normal liver of paraffin-embedded sections of hepatocellularcarcinoma.Results The positive rates of Cyclin D 1 protein were 57.5% (23/40), 46.67 %( 7/40) and 40 %( 2/5) in hepatocellular carcinoma, hepatic cirrhosis and normal liver, respectively. The difference between them was not significant (P>0.05), statistical correlation existed only between Cyclin D 1 protein and the histological differentiation.Conclusion Cyclin D 1 protein may correlate with HCC, Cyclin D 1 protein can predict the progression and prognosis of HCC.
