Client-agent Relationship and Enterprises Investment Decision-making

现代企业理论认为,“企业是一系列契约的组合”,某些契约反映一定的委托代理关系。委托代理双方之间的经济利益冲突,决定了他们必然会通过各种途径影响企业行为,以谋求各自利益目标,企业的投资决策也不例外。该文在阐述了委托代理关系理论的基础上,分析了企业内、外部的各种委托代理关系对投资决策的影响,旨在企业科学的投资决策。

Modern enterprise theories believe that 'enterprise is a combination of a series of contracts '. And some contracts reflect the client-agent relationship. The economical conflicts between the client and the agent have decided that they will seek respective benefit by impacting enterprise’s behaviors by all means. So that the enterprise's investment decision-making can not make an exception to the impact. This paper will analyze all the effect of investment decision-making impacted by the interior and exterior client-agent relations on the basis of elaborating client-agent relationship theories. The main purpose of this paper is to assist enterprise to make scientific investment-decisions.
