摘要
对粗柄独尾草(Eremurusinderiensis(M.B.)Rgl.)体细胞染色体计数及其核型进行分析。结果表明:粗柄独尾草的染色体数目为2n=14;核型公式为2n=2x=14=10sm+4st,其核型类型其为3B。
The karyotye of Eremurus inderiensis (M.B.) Rgl. were studied by the method of chromosome analysis.The results were as follows:the number of chromosome of Eremurus inderiensis (M.B.) Rgl. is 2n=2x=14=12sm+2st.From the point of the karotype,the material belong to type of 3B.
