甘草渣中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺研究 被引量:11

摘要 应用正交设计法,考察氢氧化钠浓度、体积、提取温度、提取时间等因素对甘草黄酮提取率的影响。实验结果表明:最佳工艺组合为A3B2C1D3,最佳提取工艺条件为:氢氧化钠的浓度为0.2mol L,甘草渣∶提取剂为1∶14,提取温度为90℃,提取时间为0.5h,此提取条件下的提取率高达96%。验证实验表明该工艺简单可行。 Effective factors of extractions rate of flavonoids of glycyrrhiza in the waste residue of glycyrrhiza were studied by orthogonal design in this paper.The results showed that the optimal conditions were that the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 0.2mol/L,the rate of waste residue of glycyrrhiza:solvent was 14,the temperature of extraction was 90℃,the time of extraction was 0.5h.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of flavonoids of glycyrrhiza in the waste residue of glycyrrhiza reaches 96%.
