改良侧隐窝扩大神经根松解术治疗根性神经痛(附46例报告)

目的 探讨改良侧隐窝扩大神经根松解术治疗根性神经痛的临床效果。方法 用改良法行单侧或双侧侧隐窝扩大、神经根松解术。结果 术后经 3个月至 5年随访 ,4 6例中优 33例 (71.6 % )良 9例 (19.5 % )好转 3例 (6 .5 % )差 1例 (2 .3% ) ,其优良率达 92 .1%。结论 改良侧隐窝扩大、神经根松解术治疗侧隐窝狭窄引起的根性神经痛效果良好。

Objective:to enlarge the unilateral of bilateral the lateral recess by a modified method and to relax the nerve root of those who suffer from root of nerve neuralgia or the pressure of nerve root or those who are scenned by CT or MRI to have a narrow the lateral recess in the corrcsponding or relevant section of the body.It is proved that the symptoms are relieved.Result:In the following-up of 46 cases from 3 month to 5 years after theoperation,the recovery is excellent in 33 cases(71.6%),good in 8(17.4%),slightly better in 3(6.5%) and bad in 2(4.3%).Conculsion:The modified the lateral recess is enlarged,and thecurative effect of root neuralgia caused by narrow the lateral recess after the treatment of neurolysis is good.
