This paper points out the existing difficulties of FAMC's baffled exit because of the poor-developed capital & property rights markets,together with weak policies and laws concerned,and the insufficient lack of understanding of FAMC's nature and purpose.It aims to put forward the countermeasures to broaden the exit and perfect this system.
