摘要
建设可持续发展的生态城市是人类在新世纪努力追求的一个重要目标 ,进行城市经营是实现这一目标的关键。可持续发展生态城市既要实现社会—经济—自然复合生态的整体和谐 ,又要实现社会文化生态、经济技术生态和自然环境生态的可持续发展。城市经营包括人才、土地、产业、资源、基础设施的优化组合和无形资产的创造与优化配置 。
The significant object pursued by human beings in the 21^(st) century is to build ecological cities with sustainable development.Furthermore,to transfer the duties of city's government and conduct city's operation are to achieve the object stated above.Based on the construction of the ecological city with sustainable development,the paper analyses the transferring process of national and foreign city's operation.In addition,it expounds the contents of city's operation and several problems during the course of city's operation.It concludes the guidance to the local government to conduct city's operation in China.
