摘要
我国高等学校目前普遍采用活动教学法组织英语专业口语课的教学。这一教学方法强调语言学习者的主体地位,反映了语言学习的一般规律。本文概述了在高等学校英语专业口语课上实施活动教学法时常见的问题,并提出了具体的实施设想。本文认为,对学生口语学习的阶段性要求进行研究,保持活动目的、内容和形式三者间的动态协调,是确保活动教学法发挥最佳效果的关键。
Activity-centered approaches are now widely adopted in oral English teaching for college English major in our country. These approaches emphasize language learners' principal role and thus reflect the general rules of language learning. This paper surveys the common problems occurring in the practice of these approaches and puts forth some concrete suggestions. It is this paper's belief that, in order to employ activity-centered approaches to the best advantage, we should study the requirements for different stages in students' oral English learning and ensure the dynamic balance of the aim, content and form of activities.
