国际社会第三部门的兴起与发展 ,以及中国经济体制、政治体制的转型 ,迫切需要第三部门在中国社会经济发展中发挥作用。基于对中国第三部门发展现状的分析 ,本文从五个方面提出了第三部门在中国发展的政策建议 。
