According to the analysis of movements, the playing methods, such as head-on dunk shot, heavily head-on serving and so on, have the same characteristics of up-whirling hitting method. They all belong to the same kind of technique. The key link of this kind of technique is hitting by brandishing arm. The up-whirling hitting method plays a very important role in this kind of technique. Through the teaching method in technological transfer, the teaching difficulty-the link of hitting by brandishing arm is well solved. Meanwhile it also makes the technological foundation of this kind of technique.
