摘要
心理契约是知识员工与组织关系的重要组成部分,是联系组织与知识员工的心理纽带。本文从心理契约的概念入手,分析了心理契约的特点以及对图书馆知识员工管理的作用,提出了图书馆知识员工管理中构建心理契约的途径。
This paper argues that psychological contract forms an important part of the relationship between libraries and their intellectual staff. It defines the concept of psychological contract and examines its role in library management.
