A Reading Survey of College Students and Its Implication for Collection Development

本文报告了对闽西大学学生读者阅读情况的问卷调查,讨论了调查结果对馆藏建设的启迪。

This paper reports on a questionnaire survey of the reading needs and behaviour of Minxi Vocational College students. In light of the survey results, the paper analyzes the problems with the library’s book stock, which have caused a high rate of unfulfilled requests in the past few years. Solutions to resolving these problems are proposed.
