摘要
目的 观察急性心肌梗死患者白细胞活化及粘附分子表达。方法 硝基四氮唑蓝 (NBT)方法检测正常对照组和急性心肌梗死患者外周血白细胞自发活化率 ;间接免疫荧光法检测白细胞粘附分子 CD11a,CD18表达率。结果 与对照组比较 ,急性心肌梗死组白细胞活化率及粘附分子表达率明显增高 (P<0 .0 1) ,且白细胞活化与粘附分子表达呈正相关。结论 急性心肌梗死激活白细胞并促使粘附分子表达上调 ,在疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the leukocyte activation and adhesion molecule expresion in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods The adhesion molecule expression of leukocyte was measured by indirect immunofluorescence and leukocyte activation was measured by nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT) test in 32 patients with AMI and 32 normal controls. Results The leukocyte activation and adhesion molecule expression were significantly higher in AMI group than that in the control(P<0.01). What’s more, in AMI group the expression of adhesion molecule were significantly correlated with the leukocyte activation. Conclusion Circulating leukocyte was activated by acute ischemia and its expression of adhesion molecule increased ,and played important roles in the progress of acute myocardial infarction.
