Encouraging Students' Personality Is required in New Course

实施新课程 ,最基本的就是面向全体学生 ,注重发挥学生的个性特长 ,充分调动学生的各种智力和非智力因素 ,使学生在德、智、体、美、劳诸方面全面进步 ,使每一个学生的每一个方面都有所发展。因此 ,张扬学生的个性 ,发挥学生各自的特长 ,是新课程的目标之一 。

Enforcing the new course,what you have to do is to give scope to the students' personality and speclality to arouse mental and nonmental facts of every student, and to get the students to develop in moral,intelligence,phsical esthetic,labour and every aspect. So encouraging students' personality and arousing students' speciality is one of the aims and characteristics of new course.
