摘要
刑事证人保护制度对于保证诉讼价值实现具有非常重要的意义。本文对我国刑事证人保护制度原则进行了分析 ,并从证人保护的范围、具体保护措施、执行机关、启动程序等方面提出完善意见。
It is of vital importance to protect the rights of a witness in order to guarantee the quality of the legal procedure. This author analysises the disciplines in the protection of the witnesses in the Chinese legal system and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the scope of protection, specific measures, executive organs and operation procedures in this respect.
