领导者的重要职责,就是充分调动下级的积极性,实现既定的工作目标。而要达到这一目的,除了需要有正确的路线、方针和政策外,还必须协调好与下级的关系,以更广泛地凝聚人心,提高执行力。领导者必须懂得协调好与下级关系的重要性,了解协调好与下级关系的原则和方法。
One of the leader's important duties is to mobilize the enthusiasm of subordinate fully and carry out the established goal in time. Besides following correct line, principles and policies, we must also coordinate the relationships with subordinate, improve the executive ability by mobilizing the efforts made by the fully encouraged employees in order to achieve the final goal. Leaders must understand the importance of how to coordinate the subordinate relationships, study and use the principles and methods of subordinate relationship coordination.
