摘要
本文建立了同时测定丹参中丹参酮ⅡA、丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、二氢丹参酮Ⅰ 4种脂溶性成分含量的高效液相色谱法。色谱柱 :AICHROMC18,流动相 :甲醇 -水 (72∶2 8) ,流速 :1 2ml·min- 1,检测波长 :2 5 5nm ,线性范围 :依次为 0 0 15~ 3 80 μg (r =0 9999) ,0 0 11~ 2 75 μg (r =0 9999) ,0 0 11~ 2 70 μg(r =0 9996 ) ,0 0 12~ 3 0 5 μg (r =1 0 0 0 0 ) ,回收率 :依次为 10 1 5 % (RSD =2 9% ) ,10 2 1% (RSD =2 7% ) ,10 3 1% (RSD =1 5 % ) ,10 1 1% (RSD =2 5 % )。方法简便快速 ,结果准确可靠。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of f our fat-soluble ingredients in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae simultaneously. An AI CHROM C 18 column was used with methanol-water (72∶28) as mobile phase. Th e flow rate was 1.2ml·min -1 and with wavelength of 255nm. The linear ran ge were 0.015~3.80μg (γ=0.9999), 0.011~2.75μg (γ=0.9999), 0.011~2 .70μg(γ=0.9996) and 0.012~3.05μg(γ=1.0000) for the four ingredients di hydrotanshinone I, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I and tanshinone II A respective ly. While the average recovery rate were 101.5% (RSD=2.9%), 10 2.1% (RSD=2.7%), 103.1% (RSD=1.5%) and 101. 1% (RSD=2.9%) respectively. The method was simple, rapid and ac curate.
