糖尿乐胶囊中格列本脲的测定

Identification and Determination of Glibenclamide in Counterfeiting Tang niaole Capsules

对糖尿乐胶囊中违法添加的格列本脲成分进行确认和定量测定。采用TLC法及HPLC法对格列本脲进行定性鉴别 ;以对羟基苯甲酸丁酯作为内标物 ,采用HPLC法对格列本脲进行含量测定。结果批号为2 0 0 30 10 1、 2 0 0 2 0 92 8、 2 0 0 30 2 0 7的样品均检出格列本脲 ;其含量值分别 0 15 7mg/粒、 0 138mg/粒、0 0 76mg/粒。

A TLC and A HPLC methods were used for the identificat io n of glibenclamide that had been illegally added in Tangniaole capsules. While t he HPLC method was used for the content determination with butyl p-hydroxybenzoa te as internal reference. Glibenclamide was identified and determined in three b atches of samples with batches. The content was 0.157mg/capsule, 0.138mg/capsu le and 0.076mg/capsule respectively.
