摘要
在市场经济条件下,高校管理者应根椐各校的具体情况,灵活地、综合协调地运用物质动力、精神动力、心理动力和信息动力,调动高校人的积极性、主动性和创造性,最优地实现高校的整体目标。
Under the conditions of market economy, university administrators should apply the material motive force, moral motive force, psychological motive force and information motive force according to the concrete conditions in each university in a flexible, comprehensive, coordinate way so that the staff's enthusiasm , initiative, creative power can be stimulated. Thus the university's entire objectives can be reached in a optimum way.
