情绪智力研究述评

Summary & Review of Emotional Intelligence Research

情绪智力研究是针对传统智力研究的不足而于20世纪90年代兴起的。情绪智力的基本理论观点、研究方法和测量工具都给传统智力理论以巨大的冲击,但情绪智力研究本身也存在诸多不足。建议我国学者在智力研究问题上可以走王垒等人提出的"综合智力"研究道路,建构中国自己的智力理论。

Since 1990s, the research of emotional intelligence has been thriving to aim directly at the defects of the traditional research of intelligence. The fundamental theoretical viewpoint of the emotional intelligence, its methods of research and its instruments of measurement have given the traditional research of intelligence a powerful impact, but there are many shortcomings in the research of emotional intelligence itself. The author advises to follow the way of compositive intelligence advocated by Wang Lei et al on the research of intelligence in order to construct our own intelligence theory.
