摘要
当前我国提高非英语专业学生输出能力的普遍做法是倡导美国应用语言学家克拉申(Krashen) 的大量的可理解性输入,或强调输出操练,但效果都不太理想。在输入输出孰轻孰重众说纷纭时,让学生背诵 以实用词汇和句型为核心的浓缩式输入却显示出了其独特的优越性。本文旨在探讨此输入模式的理论基础, 在中国的有效性,以及在微观教学中的实验。
At present, considerable comprehensible input advocated by Krashen and output drills are widely adopted for non-English majors to improve their oral competence, but neither has led to satisfactory results. While it is uncertain which element, input or output, exerts a greater influence on learners' production, condensed input mode at the phrase level has yielded remarkable 'output'. This paper aims to prove the role of this new mode through a theoretical study, its feasibility in China and its application in the writer' s teaching.
