高校后勤社会化改革是社会主义市场经济条件下中国高校后勤管理模式的一次深刻变革,是实现我国高等教育办学模式转变的一项重大举措。它在中国高等教育跨越发展的进程中,起着功不可没的推动作用。然而,作为一个新生事物,在发展的过程中不可避免地遇到一些困难和问题,这些问题如果得不到及时解决,会严重影响高校后勤社会化改革的健康发展。

The socialization reform of the rear service in the Institutions of Higher Learning is a thorough revolution in the administrative model of rear service in Chinese Institution of Higher Learning under socialist market economy.It takes great measure in the transformation of the running model of Chinese Institutions of Higher Learning.It also plays great role in the promotion of the process of striding development of Chinese education of Higher Learning.Nonetheless,as a new thing,the reform will unavoidably encounter problems and difficulties in its process.With no solution to those problems in time,its healthy development will be greatly hindered.
