摘要
新乡火电厂135MWCFB锅炉冷态调试过程如风量标定、布风板阻力特性测定、布风均匀性检查、冷态临界流化风量测定、冷渣器及输渣系统试验等,此外还提供了回料阀试验方案供参考。文中还对冷态试验结果进行了处理和分析,供热态运行时参考。
This paper gives a brief introduction of the process of cold commissioning on 135 MW CFB in Xinxiang Thermal Power Plant such as calibration of air meter, measuring of bed resistance, testing of primary air evenness, measuring of minimum fluidized air, testing of slag-colder and slag transport system and also presents a program for U-valve testing. Besides, the testing and measuring date were also processed and analyzed for the unit running.
