摘要
为了解决燃用低灰熔点神木煤而引发的结焦问题,广州珠江发电厂对本厂动力配煤优化进行了试验和试烧,找到了不同时期适合本厂锅炉机组安全运行的动力配煤方式。通过试烧,得出在当前条件下,神木煤和保得煤以7∶3进行的混煤能够较好地防止炉膛结焦。
In order to solve slagging problem caused by using low-ash-fusing-point Shenmu coal which is one of the main fuel supplies, Guangzhou Zhujiang Power Plant did a series of experiments and test to get coal blending optimization, and found suitable way to prevent boiler from slagging at different stages. According to test on site, mixture of Shenmu Coal and Baode Coal at the ratio of 7:3 has a better effect on solving slugging problem in current conditions.
