The Discussion on Health Education and Quality Education in Physical Education of Middle School

随着体育教学改革的不断深入,素质教育和健康教育已成为当前中学体育教育的重要内容.综合运用文献资料法和分析归纳法等科学研究方法,对素质教育、健康教育在中学体育教学中的目标与内容进行了探讨,指出素质教育是前提和基础,健康教育是归属,强调在体育教学中应将二者统一起来.

With the continuous development in the reform of physical education,quality and health education have become the important contents of the physical education in middle school nowadays.By using scientific researching methods of like document, analysis and induction,this dissertation demonstrates the relationship between the quality and health education in middle school′s physical education,and emphasize that health education is the prerequisite and foundation while the quality education is the final purpose.We should combine the two in our physical education.
