介绍了Web地图服务规范 ,通过一种WebGIS的互操作模型实现了WMS ,并详细描述了客户端的实现。

Web map service(WMS) is a specification of spatial data interoperation based on web service (XML) given by OGC and ISO/TC211. This paper simply describes the web map service specification, then implements the WMS according to a WebGIS interoperation model,and gives a detailed description for the implementation of client.
