Solution and Analysis for Accident of Uptake Obstruction in No. 5 Blast Furnace

2004年初5#高炉因上升管堵塞，造成炉况失常。处理历时6天，损失产量近4000吨。本文分析了堵塞原因，提出解决办法。

NO. 5 Blast furnace was out of service due to the uptake obstruction on the early 2004 for about 6 days, production loss was about 4,000 tons. The cause for the obstruction will be analysized and the solution will also be raised in this text.
