摘要
炼铁厂喷煤系统现有设计产量10t/h球磨机和中速磨各两台，总制粉量约38t/h，喷吹量35t/h，吨铁煤比约130kg，在现有条件下制粉能力不够，限制了喷吹量的提高，本文着重探讨十年喷煤系统发展的思路。
PCI workshop in iron-making plant possesses 2 ball crushers and 2 middle speed crushers with the design output of 10 t/h for each. The whole amount of pulverized coal is 38 t/h approximately, the injection amount is 35 t/h and coal ratio for ton iron is around 130kg. Due to the limitation of current equipment capacity, the coal injection amount can not be further increased. This article pays stress on the strategy discussion for PCI system development in next 10 years.
