光波导-光纤自动对接系统研究与实现

摘要 设计开发了适用于光波导高精度自动对接耦合的调芯方案:重心法、遗传法.提出了实现自动调芯的硬件结构;完成了调芯系统的光机电一体化、相应的控制程序以及与计算机的接口界面.通过波导-光纤自动端面对接的实测,结果表明,该自动对接系统具有高效率、低损耗对接的良好性能. Two kinds of aligning plans fit for high-accuracy waveguide antomatic butt-coupling are designed and developed in this paper,which are called barycentre method and genetic algorithm method.In addition,the hardware structure for auto-aligning is put forward.Furthermore,the optical electromechanical integration of aligning system,the corresponding control program and its connecting boundary with computer are completed.And the experimental results of automatic fiber-waveguide end-butt indicate that this kind of auto-butt system possesses the good property of high efficiency and low loss.
