Microstructure, friction and wear properties of micronanostructured WC/Ni-based metallic coating by induction cladding

摘要 采用高频感应熔敷技术,以Ni60A自熔合金粉末、微纳米碳化钨粉末为原料,在16Mn钢表面制备出以微纳米WC颗粒为增强相的M基金属陶瓷涂层,并测试了涂层的显微硬度.利用磨擦磨损试验机,以45#钢为对磨偶件,评价了涂层的滑动干磨擦性能.实验结果表明:涂层的硬度为890~910,磨擦系数为0.3~04,耐磨性比16Mn钢提高4倍以上. Ni-based metallic ceramic coating reinforced by micronanostructured WC particles was prepared on the surface of 16Mn steel by means of induction cladding technique with the pre-alloyed powder of Ni60A as the binding material. The microhardness of the coating was measured. The dry sliding friction and wear properties of coating against 45# steel were evaluated using a type MM-200 ring-block friction and wear machine. The results show that the microhardness of the coating is 890~910, and the friction coefficient is 0.3~0.4. The wear resistance of the coating is more than four times that of 16Mn steel.
