摘要
为精确分析乳化时间对煤油乳化液的影响,利用计算机图像识别技术对煤油乳化液乳化效果进行分析,对乳化液彩色图片进行灰度转换,利用灰度阈值法分割目标和背景,开发了煤油乳化液液滴特征参数分析软件,并用其完成了不同搅拌时间的液滴参数特征的分析研究,研究结果表明:乳化强度直接影响乳化液粒度分布,图像识别技术是进行乳化过程研究的有效手段。
The effect of emulsion time on kerosene emulsion is studied in this paper. The photo analysis system is used to study the kerosene emulsion emulsification course. By means of changing the grey level to the colored picture of the emulsion and using the grey level threshold value law to cut apart the goal and background, the paper introduces the development of the analyses software used on the kerosene emulsion characteristic research and the use of software to finished the work of drop characteristic parameter research of different mixing time emulsion. The research result indicates that the photo analysis system is an effective means to the study on emulsification course.
