摘要
提出了一种新型的真空搅拌釜用无泄漏密封结构设计。设计中提出了一种独特的传动机构 ,使密封波纹管经历最小变形以延长其使用寿命。对所设计的密封结构进行了实验室条件下的验证实验。实验结果表明 ,该结构的密封能保证介质的零泄漏 ,波纹管工作可靠 (经历 4 .3× 10 6次变形 ,波纹管无破坏迹象 ) ,传动机械效率大致与传统的机械密封相当。
A new type non-leakage seal structure for vacuum stirring tanks was proposed. A unique transfer mechanism was given in design to minimize the deformation of the seal bellows and prolong their service life. The designed seal structure was verified in lab. The result shows that the seal structure could ensure non-leakage to media, the operation of the bellows was reliable ( damage did not occur through deformation of 4.3×106 ). The efficiency of the transfer mechanism was basically in a good agreement with that of traditional machinery seals.
