水喷泵系统中水泵参数对真空度的影响

Influence of the Parameters of the Pumps in Spray Systems on Vacuum

通过对水喷泵系统工作原理进行分析 ,推导了水泵的工作状态参数与设备真空度的关系 ,研究了水泵的流量与压力对设备真空度的影响。指出使水泵的额定流量与水 气射流泵的水流量相匹配将有效地提高水喷泵系统的工作效率。

The relation between the work condition parameters of the pumps and the vacuum was derived, the influence of the vacuum was analyzed through the analysis of the working principle of the spray systems. It was pointed out that the work efficiency would be efficiently increased if the rated flow of the pumps in application matched the flow of the liquid-gas spray pumps, and guidance and helps were provided for devices of the same kinds.
