摘要
针对油液光谱分析中数学分析模型的建立问题,分析了现有光谱数据数学分析模型的不足,提出了比例模型的概念,介绍了比例模型的建立过程,给出了比例模型界限值的制定方法,并应用比例模型对某型发动机进行实际磨损状态监测。
In order to improve the efficiency of engine's conditions monitors, this paper brings forward a new proportional model for the oil spectrum analysis. The proportional model has more advantages than the other models. The experiment proves that the proportion method in this paper is applicable for the engine's parts wear monitoring.
