摘要 针对凸轮挺柱之间接触应力的传统理论计算方法简化过多的问题,在考虑凸轮摩擦学设计要求的基础上,对凸轮挺柱三维接触应力计算模型的建立进行了研究,并应用ANSYS软件对典型凸轮挺柱进行了接触应力计算分析,其结果不仅为凸轮挺柱机构的摩擦学设计提供了依据,也可用于常规设计中接触应力的校核。 The traditional contact pressures calculation of cam-follower is simplified too much. Facing this problem as well as following the request of tribological design, a tribological design oriented 3D contact calculation model has been studied, and the 3D contact pressures of cam-follower has been obtained by the finite element method. The results can be used not only in the tribological design of cam-follower but also in the traditional design.
