摘要
协同环境中用户之间的交互性和协同感知程度是衡量协同环境性能的重要指标。目前大部分CSCW应用系统中用户之间的交互仍然采用基于文本对话框等传统交互方式,交互程度明显不足,严重影响了协同工作的效率。本文根据用户之间交互对象的不同,将其交互划分为用户之间、用户与其替身、用户与另一用户替身及替身之间四个交互层,并通过为用户在协同环境中的人物代表-3D替身(avatar)绑定智能代理,初步建立了一套比较完善的交互机制,从而实现了协同环境中交互行为的动态控制,解决了现有用户间交互性不足的问题。
The interaction and collaboration among users in the collaborative environment determine the quality of collaborative work. At present, users interaction in most CSCW application systems is still based on the traditional ways such as text dialog and so on. The interaction among users is far from enough, and this has affected the efficiency of collaborative work greatly. According to different interacted objects, four interaction layers are advanced. A perfect communication mechanism has been explored by attaching an intelligent agent to the 3D avatars-representations of users in the CVEs. So the problem that users' interaction is not enough has been solved, and the dynamic control of interaction has been achieved.
