摘要
通过对阿勒泰地区1960-2001冬季9个白灾年的大尺度环流、天气尺度影响系统和气候资料的分析,得出一些有意义的结论,这些结论在天气预报中具有一定的指导作用,并提出几点防御对策,更好地做好气象决策服务,使灾害造成的损失减少到最小程度。
Analyzed the circumfluence of macro-scale, the weather influential system and climatical data about 9 snow disaster years in winter of 1960-2001 in Aletai region, and the relation between La Nina, east type El Nino and the snow years. It concludes the significant results that have important instructing function in weather forecast, and improve the accuracy of weather forecast in snow year in Aletai, and work out better decision-making service.
