摘要
采用相似预报与诊断分析相结合的方法,使用ECMWF自1971～2004年高度、温度和气压场格点资料,建立历史天气形势数据库,研究相似查询与诊断分析方案和降水概率预报系统,制作区域和分县降水概率预报。
Adopted the method combining similarly forecast with diagnostic analysis, used ECMWF’s grid data of height, temperature and air pressure from 1971 to 2004, set up historical weather situation database, study the scheme about similarly query and diagnostic analyses, forecast the precipitation probability in the area and every county.
