摘要
中小机构由于受资金规模等方面的限制,在经营中面临着很多问题。鉴于此,作者认为首先中小机构应积极地与同业机构建立全方位、多层次的战略伙伴关系,同时形成自己的核心竞争力;然后从票据业务具体的管理模式上提出建立扁平化的组织结构。作者最后对市场建设提出了几点建议。
Limited by such factors as fund size,small and medium-sized institutions(SMIs)face various problems participating in the paper market. Therefore,this paper holds that SMIs should seek to establish all-round and multi-level strategic partnership relations with banking institutions,and form core competitiveness.In terms of a specific management mode for paper business,the author recommends a flat organizational structure and offers suggestions for market construction.
