良好的脱胶是植物油物理精炼的前提,经过几十年努力,人们在简单的酸法脱胶的基础上,发展了超级脱胶、Top脱胶、IMPAC脱胶、S.O.F.T脱胶和酶法脱胶等多种脱胶方法。对植物油物理精炼中的多种脱胶方法进行综述,对比分析了多种脱胶方法的特点,总结了它们的应用现状和发展前景。

Good degumming is the prerequisite of physical refining. After decades development, simple acid degumming , Super degumming, Top degumming, IMPAC degumming, S. O. F. T degumming and enzymatic degumming are introduced to oil industry. Many degumming methods corresponding to physical degumming were reviewed, characteristic of these degumming methods were compared, and their application status and future were also summarized.
